The Travel AI Innovation Hackathon 2026 is a national innovation challenge organized by Digitalex Solutions to encourage students to build AI-powered solutions for the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industries.

The event schedule, important dates and submission deadlines are available on the Important Dates page. Please register early to avoid missing deadlines.

Students from Engineering, Degree, MBA, MCA, Polytechnic, Hotel Management and other recognized institutions across India are eligible to participate.

Teams should consist of 2–4 members. Individual registrations are accepted initially, and organizers may help form teams if required.

Yes. The registration fee is mentioned on the Registration page. Your registration will be confirmed after successful payment verification.

No. Registration fees are non-refundable except in special situations decided by the organizing committee.

Yes. AI tools may be used as development assistants, but the solution, architecture and implementation must represent your team's original work.

Yes. Open-source frameworks and libraries are permitted, provided they comply with their licenses and are properly acknowledged.

No. Projects should be developed specifically for this hackathon. Existing projects or copied solutions may be disqualified.

Teams must submit their source code, presentation, documentation and demo video through the official submission portal before the deadline.

Projects will be evaluated based on Innovation, AI Integration, Technical Implementation, User Experience, Business Impact, Presentation and Practical Feasibility.

Yes. All eligible participants who complete the hackathon according to the event guidelines will receive a Digital Participation Certificate.

Winners will receive cash prizes, trophies, certificates and exciting sponsor goodies. Prize details are available on the Prizes page.

The hackathon may include online and offline phases depending on the event schedule. Please refer to the official announcement.

Yes. Internet connectivity and charging facilities will be available for all onsite participants.

Yes. Participants should bring their own laptop, charger and any required hardware for development.

Yes. You may update your submission until the official submission deadline.

Any copied code or plagiarism may result in immediate disqualification from the competition.

Yes. Every shortlisted team must present a live demonstration of their solution during the final evaluation.

English is recommended for presentations and documentation.

Yes. Inter-college teams are allowed unless otherwise mentioned in the event guidelines.

Outstanding participants may receive internship, mentorship or networking opportunities from sponsors and industry partners.

Participants retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise specified in the official rules.
